Styli-Style Flat Pencils Review!

From Top to bottom: Milano Milan, Perlin, and Madrid.

These are the Styli-Style Flat Pencil eyeliners. They're relatively cheap at the drugstores (I can't remember exactly how much they cost) and they work wonders! The only down side is that you do need to buy special sharpeners for these. I have three colors as shown above. Let's first talk about the flat tip.

As you can see, the tip is very flat and sharp. It makes it very easy to draw a fine line with no skills required. I was never good at eye lining, these pencils saved my life! In those mornings when I really don't feel like messing with gel liners (since they do take more time) I can just grab one of these and line away. I can't stress enough how easy it makes lining your eyes. The formula is very creamy so it does not tug on eyelids AT All. The result is very fine and precise line and it's very hard to mess up. It's fast, it's simple and it looks amazing.

From Left to right: Berlin, Madrid

The pigmentation on these aren't bad at all. Berlin is definitely my favourite color. As shown above, it's a very deep chocolate brown with subtle shimmers. Madrid is a mid-toned blue. The lasting power is quite descent. I'd say you can get a good 4-6 hours of wear which is really not bad for pencil liners. It does fade slightly throughout the day so I'd recommend setting with a powder. I wouldn't recommend using this if you have a very long day ahead of you but they're great for school/work when you only need makeup to stay fresh a shorter period of time.

Overall Impression?
